Bi Luo Chun - is one of the best green teas. If you ask me - this is hands down the best green tea. It is quite expensive, unfortunately, but that's the only downside it has. Now, let's talk about positives:

1. It has very rich and unusual taste. Good Bi Luo Chun grows surrounded with peach, plum or other fruit treas and it supposed to give it fruity notes. Not sure if orchards around have anything to do with it, but it does have fruity and flowery notes.

2. It is beautiful in both dry form and when infused. I am not sure if I have said pr even noticed it about any other tea. It may sound insignificant, until you see it.

3. Very rich and complex aroma. Not many people know this, but green teas are not supposed to have strong aroma, that's a prerogative of fermented teas. Yet, Bi Luo Chun leaves an amazing fleur in chahai. Make sure to spend time to prepare it properly to experience that.

4. This tea has a very smooth texture. When you drink it, it almost feels like syrup. Infuse it with the cleanest water available to you and you will not forget this feel.

This tea demands a lot of attention and preparation, but it most certainly deserves it.
