How long will it take to ship products to my country?
Your order is going to ship from closest warehouse if it has every product you have ordered. Otherwise, your order may be shipped from other warehouse or it can also be split and you will get part of your order quickly and the other part is going to take some time to ship
Generally in Ukraine we ship products in 1-3 days . Shipment from China takes about 14-21 days for any region on the list. We want to open warehouse in Nethterlands, because it will allow us to ship products in 3-5 days to any place in Europe, but it is really expensive to have a warehouse in Netherlands, so we will open it only when we see enough interest in our products in Europe, so spread the word
We don't transfer some exclusive teas to local warehouses and keep them in China. It always takes about 14-21 days to ship such products
