Song Zhen

This is a good green tea classics. This one might not be the most famous green tea, but I value it for its high quality.

It has refined taste with slight bitterness. Fur on the leaves makes it slightly round. During tea tasting we were arguing about the taste, but ended up agreeing, that it is similar to Japanese gyokuro. It's hard to pinpoint distinct flavour notes, but the softness and high quality are undeniable.
