Jin Si Dian Hong

My experience with this tea is ... different. One thing for sure: it is always one of the most good-looking teas out there, and it has mild, rich taste. Once I got a very expensive package of this tea. It was of "ceremonial" level, and it might have been the best red tea, that I have ever had. Well, I once also received similar package of Jin Jun Mei and I still can't make up my mind, which one was better, but that's not the point. Unfortunately, I can't find that level of this tea anymore. Don't get me wrong, for this price - this is an amazing tea, I wouldn't sell it otherwise. Besides, everybody seems to love it during our events. It is royal, soft, round, with rich taste and slight sour aftertaste. Yet, I wish it was more pronounced in the aroma department. One way to make it better is to brew it very strong, fill gaiwan completely with leaves. That's how I usually make it and that's what I recommend my guests to do
